We have delivered customized training for agencies, organizations, and institutions for more than 25 years. Our classes cover topics including sexual harassment, bystander skills, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias and the fundamentals of effective management, among others. We work closely with federal entities to create courses that meet specific objectives – both to remain compliant and to build and foster cultures of respect.
Our instructors are experienced, licensed employment attorneys who have a thorough knowledge of employee relations and the legal ramifications of behavior and who bring practical, real-world experience to each class. Our training courses are highly customized – including specific policies, hypothetical scenarios specific to each entity, and videos designed to promote discussion, interaction, and - most importantly - retention of key concepts.
We structure each course, whether it is delivered in person, via virtual live training, or on-demand, to meet the specific needs of each entity. For example, while harassment and discrimination are regularly requested topics, adding a component on diversity and inclusion may also make sense for a particular group.
In addition:

- We are an enrolled entity with the System for Award Management (SAM);
- EPS trainers engage with trainees directly and bring real-world experience to each training topic. The ability of the trainer to convey practical experience to trainees in an interactive way creates an environment that optimizes understanding of key concepts.
